A large main room, with a large sofa and two comfortable armchairs, a dining area and a fully equipped kitchen,
A spacious bedroom, with a bed (160X200 cm),
A bathroom with shower.
It is equipped with a high performance internet connection (50Mbps download 20Mbps upload) with WiFi, washing machine, dishwasher, coffee maker, iron and ironing board, hair dryer, small oven, kitchen utensils, toaster, crockery and cleaning utensils.
Sheets and towels are included.

Cleaning after your departure is included in the rental price.

Guitars and an amp are available for respectful musicians .
